Archwater Realty will review all service requests submitted by tenants and determine if the repair is duly needed, and/or it is a defect of the property or that of the tenant. If it is the tenants’, tenantswill be invoiced for the repair. If the repair is justified by Archwater as a defect of the property, we automatically handle the repair and invoice the owner in the next billing cycle. We handle all repairs of $400.00 or less. Should a repair be in excess of $400.00, we will contact the owner for a decision and process it. This service provides owners with the assurance that the property is taken cared of, tenants are living in a properly maintained and safe environment, and an owner won’t be bothered for minor repair requests from tenants.
