If mistakes are made each one of us must step up and show our accountability to the error. Sales staff and admin staff WILL be held accountable for mistakes. I f financial errors impact the company or clients the individual can be liable for the costs associate by having commissions or pay checks deducted.


The code of ethics must be followed as stated by the DBPR and the National Association of Realtors and any other recognized affiliates. All sales staff agents, and employees including outside contractors must on their own find read and understand the ethics rules as well as take accredited courses.
