– Ideal opportunity for the agent who is self-guided, willing to work as a true independent agent from their home or mobile office, yet having the full support of a broker and other team sales agents to assist in partnering in times of need. Depending upon which plan is chosen.
Real-Estate Sales Commission Split:
Plan A:
100% commission spilt with a $295.00 closing fee and $150.00 per month. Property sales over one million dollars will become a 95% commission split. Agent is 100% Responsible for advertising and all marketing. Advertising on the Archwater Realty web site is included. NO company leads provided. Marketing materials and start up business cards not provided. No broker or management assistance will be offered, any that is needed is charged at a company hourly rate. Agent Must have had proven sales track record to qualify. Must have made one sale per month for first 6 months with Archwater under Plan B to qualify.
Plan B:
85% commission split. Designed for the seasoned agents. Agent is Responsible for advertising and all marketing. Advertising and marketing use of Company website. Would have needed a proven sales record of at least 1 million in sales or greater. Company leads provided as they surface, agent required to generate their own leads. Marketing materials and start up business cards are purchased by agent in lieu of no monthly fees.
Plan C:
70% for Sales newly licensed agents. Agent is Responsible for advertising and all marketing materials. Advertising and marketing use of Company website. Company leads provided as they surface, agent required to generate their own leads. Marketing materials and start up business cards are purchased by agent in lieu of no monthly fees.
Commission split hicks will be evaluated by broker at the beginning of each year and will base and commission rise based on overall transactions from the prior year.
Leasing Agent Basic Overview
Rentals:
You will receive a 20% referral fee (20% of one month’s rent) for each new rental agreement brought to Archwater Realty that our company successfully and fully lists and rents. No payment made for rentals that did not rent.
