Know the Difference Between Emergency Repairs and Standard Repairs

Emergency repairs are FLOOD OR FIRE, First call 911 then your Archwater Emergency number.

Air conditioning is not classified as emergency however Archwater wants to respond to these immediately. As usual, the A/C always decides to go out on a Sunday or Holiday, however in any such case call our office prior to completing the service request to obtain immediate attention on these items. Then, however, be sure to follow up with a service request. Without a service request, tenant could be charged for a service.

All other repairs: Complete the service request, submit to Archwater for review approval/rejection. If repairs are needed and the responsibility of the homeowner, Archwaters will have a service rep. contact you to makearrangements for the repair. Should a repair be found that it was due to tenant damage or negligence the service fee will apply to the tenant, honestly those are extremely rare cases. 99% of the time repairs are justified and repaired in a very timely manner.

Archwater will circle back to you for your satisfaction of the repair upon completion.
